Imaginarios y planificación urbana. Encuentros y desencuentros entre los habitantes del oriente de Cali - Colombia y el proceso de ordenamiento territorial

El presente escrito da cuenta de los imaginarios sobre planificación urbana que tienen los habitantes del oriente de Cali, una zona caracterizada por la segregación socioespacial, el poblamiento informal, altos índices de vulnerabilidad social y necesidades básicas insatisfechas. El objetivo se centró en establecer la relación entre las imágenes que crean sobre el espacio los habitantes de esta zona de la ciudad con el proceso de planificación.

Abstract
This writing gives an account of the imaginary about urban planning that the inhabitants of the East of Cali have, an area characterized by sociospatial segregation, informal settlement, high rates of social vulnerability and unsatisfied basic needs. The objective focused on establishing the relationship between the images that the inhabitants of this area of the city create about the space with the planning process.
